Can I get a different design on a different item or choose a custom colour?

Yes! We’re happy to customise whenever possible!

If you’d like a specific design (e.g., “Do Not Be Afraid”) on a different item (like a blue t-shirt instead of a white t-shirt), just leave us a note at checkout or email me directly at lase@versewear.co.uk. While the option isn’t currently built into the site, we’re flexible and listening.

Please note: Custom requests may take a little longer to process, but we’ll always keep you updated!

How do I track my delivery?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been picked up by our carrier. Simply click on the tracking link provided in the email to view the status of your package.

Can I send one as a gift?

Of course! Our pieces make meaningful gifts. You can ship directly to a loved one, perfect for birthdays, encouragement, or "just because."

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes! If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. We offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Custom orders are handled case-by-case. Request a return here

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the UK and internationally to Portugal, Ireland, Canada and the United States.

International orders: Why do I have to pay customs or taxes?

When you order from us, your package is shipped under a system called Delivered at Place (DAP). This means we take care of sending your order to you, but you are responsible for paying any customs, taxes, or import fees when the package arrives in your country.

We understand that this might feel a bit inconvenient, but here's why:

- Some countries charge taxes and fees when goods come in from abroad.

- These charges are set by your local government, not by us.

- At the moment, we can’t collect these fees at checkout to include everything in one price. (Shopify, our platform, doesn’t currently support that option).


The good news is:

- You still get your item safely delivered.

- You pay the custom duty and tax when the package arrives. No hidden charges from us.

- We aim to keep our prices fair, and your purchase will still be great value even after these local fees.
