Refund and Returns 

All sales are final unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Return within 14 days in original condition, unworn and unwashed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges are accepted within 2 weeks; shipping is at the buyer’s cost.

No exchanges or returns on sale items.

Customs and  Lost Packages

Customers are responsible for customs fees.

VerseWear is not liable for lost/stolen packages once shipped.

Product Accuracy
We strive to reflect colours and sizes accurately, but they may vary slightly by screen or supplier.

Order Acceptance
Orders may be declined if items are out of stock, payment fails, or details are incorrect. You’ll be contacted if there’s a problem.
